Feral Heart

i recently started having this problem and i can get on to feral heart anymore. yes i used to be able to play fine on feral heart and i have windows 7. it started saying the d3dx9_42 was missing after i tried to install a map and im guessing i messed up some where the map i tried to install was for my pack, Montem-Lupus. yes they have a website that is" montem-lupus.webs.com if anyone can help it will help so much ^^
