Game Help / I can't solve my problem!

Well, a week ago, i post that i can't play Feral Heart becaise a have the terrain black, all exept my character, i dont know why, the home screen of log in is normal, only the terrain and the fond of create a new character if black.

I reinstall the game 4 times and nothing change, it's equals, i look for archiver to replace them but it didn't work.

Please, help me  :'( , send me a Message or anything saying me of how to fix this problem.. :(

Wel.. this is my first post and i don't know what to do, but i wanna try because i really need help.

When i try to play on Feral Heart something its wrong, i login in the game, but when i try to select or create a new character the fond is black, all exept the animal and the options of edit, create, play, back and the arrows to change the character. And when i select the animal to play, the terrain (map) is black exept the animal, the chat, my info, other players and the options of the emotions, my friends, parties, but
I dont know why, i dont change anyhting or move anything. When i try to go home it say "Cannot find Map file".

Please, help me, i would like play again..
