Game Help / Crash On Character Creation?

So, I've had no problem until today. I've installed no mods etc, so I'm not sure why this is happening.

The game is fine until I go into Character Creation. I can log into an account fine, and I can load up a character and enter the game fine, but the moment I click Edit or Create Character, I crash. Anyone know why?

EDIT: Got an error: 'OGRE EXCEPTION(9:): No GuiComponent by name 'CharCreateScreen/Equip' in'

Edit 2: And its randomly just fixed itself. You may lock/delete this thread.

So, I'm having trouble finding an old Eye mask that I used. I have two images that were saved from a preset, so if anyone recognises them, it'll be a great help ;-;

Sorry, I was kinda in a rush at the time, getting bugged for errands. So I did check if it was 513 x 513, and it was. I also did delete the original Greyscale one, and, I have just this second added Mask, and it worked! :D Thank you so much. Although, I don't understand why that would effect it, as I have never needed to add 'Mask' in the past.
