Request a Preset/Marking / In need of a bird preset

Hey guys, I am in need of a bird preset for a bird in a lion roleplay, her name is Prophet and she is a large bird based between a raptor and cockatoo. Here is a few pictures of her, I am hoping you could make her blue markings glow, if not that's perfectly fine. I hope this isn't too much trouble, but I do hope someone can help me. If you do make her for me please message her preset to me please.

Special Meshes: Pretty much anything you can find to work for My Little Pony... I think there are some on Deviantart...
