Game Help / My friend lost her account??

My friend PhoenixHeart had an account on Feral Heart, but the other day she tried logging into the website, and it wouldn't work. But playing on the actual game worked. So to fix this, she went to a help forum on here and read to not have any numbers in your pass. So seeing this was the problem, she went to change it on the site. She typed in her email and tried sending the new password to her email. But it said that the email never exists on the site. So she went back to the actual game, tried logging in and it never worked again.
She can no longer access her account, could anyone possibly explain why this is? Thanks in advance!

I guess i'll post a piece of mine here. It's of my fursona, Accalia, dressed as dark Pit from the game Kid Icarus. "You're not ready yet" is one of his taunts in Super Smash Bros Brawl.
I guess it's a bit related to Feral Heart, in the sense that my character in the game is my fursona. so yeah.... sorry if i ended up posting this in the wrong topic..

Introduction / Hello.

I joined yesterday, hello. Name's Accalia. I found Feral Heart through a friend of mine, and i wanted to see what it was all about. I had to tweak the graphics a bit, and it runs smoothly now.
Little bit about me.. hmm...
I love anime, pokemon, kit kats, books, taking walks, drawing, owl city, vocaloid and lasagna. I am a furry as well, just putting it out there. I'm not sure how many there are on here.
Which brings to mind; I'm not sure if it's a touchy subject here.. but are there any therians?
