Game Help / Can't get custom objects working?

Okay so I've been playing with map making and objects. I downloaded some objects, used 7-Zip to extract them, and put all the files into OS (C:) > FeralHeart > media > objects > my_objects. Now, I can load the mesh in object maker, but will be BaseWhite for the material. I have the material file for the mesh, but no matter what it loads as BaseWhite. Someone help..? I really enjoy using maps and objects and I want to continue making asap
