Game Help / Very confused

So I made this account over the weekend and I've never made a previous account or played this game or anything D: I can log onto the site just fine with no issues but when I try to play the game from my house it says I'm banned for 11 months yet when I try to play elsewhere, I'm not banned? :'( Is there anything I can do? I just now got a new router and everything with Verizon.
