I keep on right-clicking feraheart and clicking quit, BUT it won't quit! It will not shut down! I can't shut my computer down! There is no force shutdown currently and I can't delete it when it's open! Someone help!

Ruby, whenever I go into the map, it just suddenly stops working and quits by itself, idk what's going, and yes, it does have particles

I recently downloaded a map, and when I go into the portal, the game crashes! I put all fh files into their correct folders.... am I doing something wrong? Please respond ASAP. Btw, I'm on a Mac air
