Game Help / Anyone know how to fix this?

Sorry if this is a repost and if I've posted in the wrong section.. (I wasn't really sure where this belonged)
A friend and I are having a little problem with the aug. 22nd marking pack. Most of the markings work just fine, but a few will show up as ordinary Fh markings (as an example, some of the monster hunter markings will show cheetah markings on the character instead.) Did i do something wrong when I set it up? Any help is appreciated.
