Game Help / Front server issues?

Second post in a week! Lol.
Well I finally got the game up and running with much thanks to a fellow user, but now it seems there is an issue connecting to the "front server" when I go to log in.
Is anyone else encountering this issue? I don't know whether it's me or the game.
Incase this info helps; I haven't logged on in a couple of years, and have an apple computer. My wifi is also not the issue, nor is a firewall.

It's a different way, but it worked for me, considering the PlayOnMac way didn't work for me at all.

Hi everyone.
Just recently I remembered this game and was wondering if I could redownload it onto my Mac after back in 2016 I deleted it, seeing how it no longer worked with the newest Apple update.
After reading a couple threads I became confused because there were many different instructions on how to download the game or presets or whatever for Macs, but none with a definite positive result of "yes, this way works."
All I want is to be able to get the FeralHeart application successfully downloaded, and then I can work from there (by using Porting Kit, PlayOnMac, etc. to open and play the game.)
Can anybody help with comprehensible instructions for someone who's not a computer genius?

Game Help / Can I Never Play Again?

When I updated my Macbook Air to Yosemite and tried to open the FeralHeart application, I got this exact message;
"An error occurred while starting the X11 server:
"'Failed to activate core devices.' Click Quit to quit X11. Click Report to see more details or send a report to Apple."
I called Apple Support in hopes they could help me quickly resolve the issue with starting up the game, but they told me there was nothing they could do because it had something to do with the actual game and how it didn't update its software to meet the new qualifications or some shiz.
I was upset, because I've been on FH since 2013 and grown pretty attached to it. It would suck if there's no possible resolution to this issue that I would assume affects other players who have Macs.
Has anyone else faced this and overcame it?
I hope that this isn't the end of playing FeralHeart.  :'(
