this is a really bad and stupid decision. your lack of communication to your staff members is despicable.

« on: June 14, 2016, 04:00:53 pm »When I try to start playing my game says 'failed to connect to map server. Retry?' What am I doing wrong?In addition to what Ghostly said, make sure you reset your character's homes and then send them home via User Panel.
If it helps to pop in my two cents, make sure to clear your cookies and cache on your browser. I had reset my homes and my internet was fine, along with additionally waiting for awhile, and it still did not work until I did what I had listed above.
Hope you're able to get ingame, though.

Here's some tips if the topic is not resolved;
If you have a letter/symbol/number in your password, maybe write down the info on an application like "Notepad" or "stickynote" on your computer/laptop.
If none of the techniques are working, try to check your email (the email you used to register upon the FeralHeart forum) and look at the message that contained your info.
It should show your username/password.
If THOSE do not work, make sure you don't have caps lock on when your typing in your password and such.
