Game Help / Banning For no reason!?!

Ok, I got on and I was on a character. I entered in Flourite Plains. I went to Cape of the Distant worlds and someone asked if I would join there clan. I did, and I had to leave for a girl scout meeting, I was going to get back on but it said I was banned for 8 days. This was like 5 minutes ago. I am really sad now. If anyone can just, Unban me I would be Truly be happy.
