Game Help / PRESET TROUBLE!

HALP! I have downloaded this AMAZING preset for my warrior cat roleplays and I have it in the right file and everything, but when I go to preset maker, only the tail shows up and exports, the rest is bumblbee striped.
What do I need to do to make it work.
It is wierd because I can download other presets to see their preset

Game Help / Map "cannot be found"

So I have downloaded a map from mediafire for my new clan on FeralHeart. I downloaded it, saved to exports, blah blah blah, and when I go to the Cape of Distant Worlds, the portals are there. When I go through them, a link pops up saying "cannot find map file"
This also happens when I tried making my own map, the portal is there, but I cant go into it!!! What is going on, please help me ASAP

mine wont even open. When I go to the Cape of Distant Worlds, there are portals, but when I try to go through them, it says "Cannot find map file" What is going on. I keep trying to redownload (is that even a word? XD) and re-export, but it wont work. WHat the heck is going on
