Game Help / Won't Let Me Login

So I made my feralheart account last night, but it wouldn't let me login to the game. So I thought it was a bug, and kept trying until it wouldn't let me anymore. So this morning when I tried again, it still wouldn't let me! I already tried to change my password, and that didn't help. So, um does anyone have any idea's for what I could try?
