I registered last night, and tried to log in and create my character, but it won't let me log into the game at all. Is this normal?

Hi, I just registered and downloaded the game last night, and just have a couple of questions, but I'll post those in the help section. So if you see a new feline or canine looking silly, or stutter-stepping, just laugh, because I'll be doing the same thing.
