Game Help / I am stuck in the ground.

Hello yes, I was running and stopped then I became suddenly stuck in the ground. I can't see my character(s) only the names and my username. I need help with this. I tried jumping, running, and using my FLYING character but no matter what, I'm still in the ground.
Please Explain this and or tell me how to get unstuck
Okay so going "home" has not worked, Along with login out then back in THREE TIMES. So I am stuck for the time being. The character rises and falls like it normally should but the camera is on the ground, the character is somewhere in the ground and going home is just not working for me.
please help.
