Game Help / I have never played this game before and i can't log in because I'm banned

I recently created my first account and i logged in and it said i was banned. I have never logged in with any other account.
-Username and IP provided removed for safety reasons-

I think it has banned my ip because my friend came over and logged on by accident with a banned account?
is that the problem?

PLEASE HELP
