Is it possible to make an animated sky mod?

If so, are there any codes you could recommend me trying?
Any sort of animation; scrolling, frames (like here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L-1QuOCmSe8), ect.

(If it's super successful, I'm considering making it public aha)

I've heard countless times that to change your ingame password you simply go to the userpanel and change it via the password change option there.

Well, there is no password-changing option on my panel, nor my friend's. Can only change our forum passwords or ingame usernames.

Please help, thank you!

It worked about three times when the server first came back, then never again.
