Game Help / Feralheart crashing when trying to load a saved map?

Hey, I haunt these forums a lot but this is my first time posting because I can't find a topic that covers it. Sorry if it is a common issue though.
Something glitched in my map, changing the height map and map mask to the default. When I tried to change it back, it didn't work, so I simply closed fh and tried to reload it from the last save.
But it crashes every time I try to reload the map.
The problem isn't that it is crashing when I try and alter the height map/mask, because I do know how to fix that.
It crashes when I try to load the map at all.
I've tried reloading it a couple of time and even restarted my computer, but so far, nothing.
If you could help me, it would be really great of you!
