Feral Heart

I have read everything that was recommended at first, but i checked everything and i still can't log in. i have activated my account for sure...but it won't let me log in the game...which i find frustrating because i really want to play. I have reset my password and everything is correct even my internet is perfectly fine....is it that i did a step wrong? i downloaded everything for my macbook...please help.
