Feral Heart

I'm able to log in, but when I try to go into a sever, it say "Failed to connect to server. Retry?" Every time I try to get into the any sever. It doesn't matter which character I pick to go into the game. I can't get in at all, not even lonely cave. The thing is, that my friend is able to get in the sever, when I can't. Is there a glitch going on or it's something going on with my account? Can this be fixed, please? I would appreciate it, thank you.
