Game Help / when i try to move item files to my item folder, the items wont appear in game?

so this is easier to understand- after i downloaded an item set, and the first one appeared, however i tried adding more item sets into the item folder multiple times, and the items from the other item sets won't appear in the "item" thing in the creation screen. help???
