Feral Heart

So I made an account a really really long time ago and just recently discovered the site again. I downloaded the game and started it up. I tried to log in and the game just said "Connecting to front server..." and after a few seconds "Failed to connect to front server." I looked around on the forums for a while before posting, and tried a few things but none of it worked, it would always be the same thing. I'm using Mozilla Firefox, my username is 19 characters (which may be the problem), yes, I am using the new login page (I saw something about the page having to refresh, which it doesn't and always logs me out, which may also be part of the problem), and I've tried both minimizing the page and not minimizing it. I'm really not sure what to do. I am seriously freaking out I need help plz!!!
