I had this account for a while and it's log in details was remembered by the computer. I changed my username and email, because I have NO idea what was the email or the password on this account. So I changed the email, and I'm trying to change the password but everytime I click on the email link it says "bad reset code"..

I put the codes as preset 1's which was: material preset_1_bodyMatL
{
   technique
   {
      pass
      {
         texture_unit
         {
            texture preset_1body.jpg
         }
      }
   }
}
material preset_1_bodyMatR
{
   technique
   {
      pass
      {
         texture_unit
         {
            texture preset_1body.jpg
         }
      }
   }
}
material preset_1_headMatL
{
   technique
   {
      pass
      {
         texture_unit
         {
            texture preset_1head.jpg
         }
      }
   }
}
material preset_1_headMatR
{
   technique
   {
      pass
      {
         texture_unit
         {

except i used preset_10 so i put 0's by the 1's.
