Game Help / Connection problems

This is getting very annoying..I've done everything other forums have said regarding this subject
Proxy is off
Logging in with the correct info
Cookies are enabled
I'm using default browser (chrome)
My own internet connection is fine
And yet it doesn't work!! Can someone help with this? Am I doing something wrong or try it on a different  browser other than chrome? Please help!
