Game Help / Re: new .exe crashing

Ok so so after witnessing the exe magically disappear from the folder I figured it had to be Norton that was making me look like a god damn fool.
I had to reinstall Norton as I was unable to open it, but after all that hassle, it notified me about the exe and I could make it ignore it.
So now everything works like it should xD.

Ahh I read that wrong! I need to wake up lol

Have you downloaded any mods into that new download of the game you installed?

Nope, I ran it freshly installed with the exe replaced.
There is one thing I noticed though cause I read on another post with the file size. On the website it says 1mb, but when I download it I just get 721kb. Tried downloading it from different browsers but just get the same result. Don't know if that has anything to do with it or if the size on the download page is wrong.

Have you tried resetting your character's home from the User Panel? That can be located on the Home Page.
Like I said, it crashes when I press login after writing in my credentials. So I don't even get to pick my character.

Game Help / new .exe crashing

I downloaded the new .exe and replaced the old one with the new. When I pressed login the game froze and after a minute it crashed.
I downloaded the setup, made a fresh new install of the game, then downloaded the .exe again then replaced the old one again. I launched the game, wrote in my information, pressed login and.. Instant crash.
That's all I can give cause that's all that have happened.

This could be caused by the site work or a login timeout if the page isn't reloading. Mine will sometimes drop off as well, but, refreshing the page will usually bring you back to the login after this happens, usually. It can get annoying, but, it's for our safety.
Once the login is back up, login again and wait a few before trying to connect again. Hopefully this will help you out a bit.

But it never logs me out from the page though.

I'm thinking it may have something to do with all of the site work going on lately, cause I've been having the same issues myself since site work really started. However I'm not 100 percent sure on that.

Oh yea, I forgot about that, it could be, I hope it is because I dont know what to do.

Game Help / Losing connection for no reason.

I've started to have a really annoying issue. Like 4 days ago or a week Im not sure I started to just lose connection (The "Filed to connect to map server")  for no reason. I have the login page open and I've tried everything to fix it. I have a good internet connection and even if I had some kind of hiccup with it, it wouldnt last that long.

I've tried:
Another browser, re-installing, using my phone, cookies, the page is always open, I have auto refresher, restarting the router, restarting computer and maybe more idk.

It annoys me really much and I really need help.

If Im lucky I can be online for maximum 1 hour or 2, If Im very unlucky I cant be on even for 1 min.
This is not just in downloaded maps, this happens in the normal maps too.
