Something a little bit different here.
Can you launch the Command Prompt and run those two commands?

cd C:/FeralHeart
feralheart.exe > .\debug.txt 2>&1

Then after crashing check for the file "debug.txt" and scroll down the bottom to see the reason for the crash or send us the file here.
