Game Help / Need help with items and markings packs

Alright so i logged on and basically everyone is back to being a "marshmallow" including my characters, and i noticed all my markings and items are gone, so i tried re-installing them (the legendary markings and items) but they didn't work still when i re-opened feral heart, if i could get some help on how to fix this that'd be great! thanks!

Hey, I'm aware there's already been threads on this but heres my issue, I can't get to the actual mass/legendary marking or item downloads because my anti-virus software simply wont let me, and google wont let me download it from mediafire that easily either. I've tried to add the site(s) as an exclusion so I could get through but the IP address/link changes each time I click so I need so help here, ahah. If anyone could get me the links through DeviantArt or Sta.Sh or something of that sort than that would be grand, unless there's another way. Thank you in advance!

My internet is strong and Yes, I open the login background thing before I pull of Feral Heart. I will try it soon without minimizing it.

ok so, I tried to get on just now and.. the new login  page just logs me out when i play for a few seconds. Is anyone else having this problem? Help please.

Everytime I get on it KEEPS saying the connect is down and I have to KEEP re entering my user and stuff while in the game. It keeps getting worse too. i was just on for two mins and I got the connection thing. Help!

Tip: It's the Recconnecting... thing and then says connection lost.. ect. ??? :-[

Game Help / numbers in name/number wont show for user in game login

well, as you can see there are number in my user, but there is also same for when I login and it doesn't show. Every time I try to login to the game it wont show the numbers and it will say it is wrong for that reason.. help?!
