Request a Preset/Marking / Need a preset for sona

Can someone either make me one or help me make one?
I use the canine model for them. The face is like a cartoony mix between a canine and a raptor skull, with a third eye that is an actual eyeball.
The wings are thin fairy wings that are not necessary to include but if they can it would be awesome.
I've done presets before, it's just been a while and I could not figure out how to do this one so I need help.
