Game Help / Preset Sync

Hello, I've pretty old to FeralHeart but I never explored anything else other then playing. I made my first preset and I adore it and want to use it, but then I learned that nobody else can see it. I've uploaded it to preset sync but what does that exactly do?  Thank you, and if you have anything cool to show me that I can do on Feralheart  it will be appreciated (I know about mods) <3

Hello i have a problem, every time i try logging in it says it fails to connect to the main server. i have already tried re-downloading the game and even making a new account, but it still wont connect. Can anyone out there help me out please. (i have been searching through forums but the links the moderators give out are all locked.)
