Game Help / My account was deleted. Is there anything I can do to recover it?

Like the title says, my main account was deleted. Though I would sometimes log in on my main account to stalk browse the forums, my most recent time being yesterday, I haven't actually logged into the FH game itself for a long time with my main account. I do know that accounts are deleted after not being used, which is my fault, but is it possible to get my main account back or is it gone forever? Though I can always use this account, I don't want to permanently lose my main acc's friendslist or all the characters I had.
(I also already checked both my main acc's username and email address with the 'search members' functions, with nothing showing up, so I'm 99% sure that it's been deleted. )
