Hello person that is reading this, this is a forum mostly for the owners of FH, I'm not sure if this forum is in the right place. But anyway, I'm not one for complaining and hate when people complain, but i couldn't help my self because of my frustration. When i first saw this game for the first time, when i was little, i wanted to sign up for it immediately, but i was young and didn't know that much so i didn't understand why i couldn't sign up. I thought it was that i couldn't for some reason. I finally came back to this game the other day after a few years. I was lucky and got on when the registration was open. I signed up and waited for a email, it never came which made me confused. I was trying to us my hotmail email. I told my friend that it was not working and she told me that only gmail works. I didn't understand why only gmail works and still don't understand, but i think its pretty stupid. So i then tried registering with another email and when i got the verify link i clicked on it and i got a 505 error. I'm not sure why this happened but it made me mad. Finally after about an hour of trying to figure out why it wasn't working i decided to try to make 1 more account, if this one didn't work i was going to give up. So i made the account and got the verification link. It worked! I was soon exited to finally play, i had already downloaded the game so i opened it up and loved into both the game and the "Play game" tab on the site. Then it said 'Password or username wrong. (5 failed attempts causes 15min ban)'. I was like :O. I then tried typing my password carefully and slowly. When it didn't work again i got really mad. I spent about another hour or two trying to figure it out. Getting no where, i messaged a mod. Finally after talking to the mod for a little while he told me that my username was over the 16 digit limit. I counted the digits in my username and counted 17. I was like, GAAAAAAA!! I was over by 1!!! I was about to give up on the game completely and i might. I then sent a reactivation email to try to reactivate my other account that didn't work. And i have now been waiting all day for the registration to open up. I am so mad that when u register it doesn't say anything about have a username or password limit. I also hate that registration is at random times. And yes i did read the forum post about it, he there there was a good reason, but to me its not. I don't like that registration is open at random time because what if someone wants to sign up and they only have a few minutes of computer time and its not open, and its never open when they try. I almost feel like you people are trying to prevent people from joining. Its not cool. good bye

If your having problems staying logged into the 'Play Game' page, try using a different browser. Especially if your using Chrome.
I suggest Firefox: Click Me or Internet Explorer (Aka Microsoft Edge on Windows 10).

Seeing as you have a Mac, I assume your using Safari. Firefox might be the better option.

"Im having some sort of problem with my mac (mac book pro). Im new to this game, but have wanted to play for years. I just made my account yesterday but had to make 3 accounts till it finally let me make my account. That it self took about 2 hours. Then, once i made my account i logged in on the "Play game" tab then opened up the application. I was so exited to finally play. I logged in and the first thing it said/says was "Incorrect username or password. (5 failed attempts causes 15min ban)". I was like :O. i put my password and username in right. The next time i tried it said/says is "Trying to connect to front server." (a few seconds later)"Failed to connect to front server". So then i go to the "play game" page that i had open, and it logs my out. And this is a continuous problem happening right now. I am about to give up on this game entirely. Its sad because i have wanted to play this game for years now and when i finally make an account i can't play."

This is an old quit that i made and just coppied and pasted into here so i didn't have to re write. but any way i'm basically having problems and yeah. I have made a youtube video if u would like to take a look and see if i did anything wrong (i already got someone to check and they said nothing was wrong, but i will still post it at the end of the message.) But i don't want to enable cookies or anything because i don't trust it and am afraid I'm going to get a virus (I just git my computer and if i got anything bad like that my parents would kill meh). :/ if i really have to do something like that I'm not even sure i could because of my security on my computer. To get download this game i had to go into settings and allow my computer to download it because it doesn't trust this site. Good bye and plz help!
