Feral Heart

Ever since I've downloaded the latest patch last year, I wasn't able to access FH on my old account 'Moonflower', so I haven't played in a while. But now I've come back, tried again, but like last year, when I log on, I am able to go onto the character creator, but when I reach the the loading screen it freezes, and won't respond.

I've tried reinstalling, restarting my computer, and turning on and off my router but it won't work. But then, I go on my alt account, and it works! Feral heart responds! But still on my first account Moonflower, it doesn't work! Any ideas? :C
