Okay, here's some new info for you: According to Raz, you should receive an email with a password reset option. Your account was probably created when the site work was being done and therefore the account creation malfunctioned. I would try changing your password now and then seeing if you are able to login to the site!

There was indeed an email with a request to change the password, but when I click it, it says "Bad reset code"

If you are still having this problem, even though it could very well be a site glitch with the work being done, try clearing your browser cache and cookies.

And at first I thought I did something wrong, but apparently quite some people are having the same issue.

The website is currently being worked on, so it could just be a temporary hiccup. Wait a bit and see if it starts working on its own

I've just created an account today, but for some odd reason, it won't let me log in on the website, so obviously I can't log in to the game either.
When I type in my username and password, I press Enter and then POOF, my username and password just disappear.
I've activated my account and it worked fine, so I don't really understand.
Could someone help, please?

My friend has the same problem, so I can't be me, right?
