So I downloaded a couple mark and item packs, but no matter where I copy them to they don't show up as available in character creating. What am I doing wrong, what do I need to do?

I'll download that just in case. Yes, I put everything in the correct place it goes, but They're still white marshmallows. I'll send screenshots of them if needed.

I can not see markings like I used to , but they are still downloaded to the correct files. Was there an update?!?!
