Game Help / Whispering problem (( PLEASE RESPOND; URGENT! ))

Okay, so the other day when I got on FeralHeart, I was whispering my friend. Then, all of a sudden, it said that ( not saying their username for obvious reasons ) "SoandSo is offline", yet they were still in the map and it wasn't letting me whisper them. I even tried restarting my whole computer and still, when I got back on, it kept saying they were offline. I even saw them moving around in the map, but it wasn't letting me whisper them anymore. Did my game break? What happened? PLEASE HELP! Explain why this keeps happening to me? It would be most appreciated. Thanks.

So I just have an old Graphics Card??? I didn't know that, because I have two computers. Both are Dells, aka Windows XP are both. I have african grass all over, and none of the shading shows up. I know my pc isn't that old, maybe 4 years? Please help!

I tried switching my rendering system to Direct3D but then when I go to play it [[I always use OpenGL most of the time]] it freezes and I am forced to shut my whole PC down. Help please!!!!!!!!!

I'm having the same texture issue...... I downloaded FH to my Dell/ Windows XP and all of the maps in the game, practically every map, meaning the Main Title Startup [[That has the title]], the Ficho Tunnel, Cape of Distant Worlds, Map Maker, Sky Maker, Preset Maker, Weather Maker, Bonfire Island, Ascention Island, Flourite Plains, Object Maker, South Pole, Atlantis, Last Cave, and Lonely cave all have the same texture: African_Grass_Texture.jpg and I can't see the faded textures at all. Help!!!?
