good news!! i reinstalled, I reset homes and it worked!!! thank you guys so much!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will definitely try uninstalling and reinstalling the game again, and yes I know my internet is stable thank you guys so much for replying

yes I actually downloaded the most recent version (again) today, and I have the play game tab logged in and open. if i refresh both that and the game I can actually see my character selection page in the second screen of the game, however if I try to play as one of them it will not let me connect to the maps at all

Hi!! So I played this game years ago (maybe 3) but completely lost my account so I made a new one! I followed all of the new tutorials and I cannot connect to the maps after the lonely cave, I have made two characters and uncountable attempts to actually play the game. I have the login page on, my internet works fine, and I simply do not know what to do in this situation. Any help or suggestions would be welcome, thank you!!
