FIGURED IT OUT

Two sneaky .particle files labeled water_1&0 that I DIDN'T NOTICE. Little buggers! It launches just fine now :) Thank you for the assistance though!

This is what it gave as the reason

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'Ogre::ItemIdentityException'
  what():  OGRE EXCEPTION(4:ItemIdentityException): ParticleSystem template with name 'WaterSplash' already exists. in ParticleSystemManager::createTemplate at ../../../../../OgreMain/src/OgreParticleSystemManager.cpp (line 289)

I've looked all over for this WaterSplash and I can't find anything related in the FeralHeart folder. Would y'all have an idea on where to look for it?

Nothing. It kept opening for a second then just quitting. The Aura_0 file was in there though so I deleted it
