Game Help / Wrong user/password, then no server front connect?

I go to login on the main page and I know 100% my user and pass are correct yet it tells me that {5 failed attempts 15min lock out). I try again and get "Cant connect to front server." I've followed all directions on your help page, allowed it through my fire wall, my wifi connection is good, and I keep the page open. Please help? I am looking forward to playing this game and already I can't join in. T.T

I've followed all the steps. My user and pass is right, I allowed it through firewall, I keep page open, and still can't connect to front server. Help?
