This bans means you did something bad by breaking a FeralHeart rule, but if you have any questions..I suggested you PM a mod or admin.Yeah i know that, but she hasn't got a ban, because I tryed to login to the game with her accaunt, and it still works normally, she hasn't got a ban because she hasn't broke the rules of the game.

Hi all, my friend have this problem: http://zoyris.deviantart.com/art/FH-ban-problem-361487974?ga_submit_new=10%253A1364226819 (sorry for posting on DV, i don't know how to put a screen hereXD). Anyway every times she tries to enter into the game appears this ban. With hers accaunt and mine (i give her my password for test if it works) and this ban still here. So she gives me her password, I try to log in with her accaunt and it works normally. Can anyone help her to remove that ban? (I'm REALLY sorry for my bad english, we are italian).
