Most common cause: Make sure you are logged into this forum or via the "user panel" on the main FERALHEART page before attempting to open/log into the Official Feralheart game exe file. You may need to log in twice. If the user panel times out then it will often disconnect you from the game aswell. Ensure no firewalls are blocking the game. Please let me know if this helps!



Also---I am often AFK but YES I PLAY!!  :)  Usually at the grounds.
I’m a veteran, I know my way around, however this is something that’s still coming up as an error, sorry for not responding sooner. Got mega caught up in my new job I got last year.

Sorry for responding to an old post but I'm getting this as well, however it isn't a password thing.
 I know my password as its one i use frequently.
However doesn't budge even when i keep play tab up (tried different browsers + phone/other devices)

So... I go to the Play Game security tab which i keep up
I have the game running as well... yet doesn't log me in. [Cannot connect to server]
Could someone provide assistance?
