Ok.. I re downloaded it, and did as you asked pasted the files into my markings.cfg, but It is still not showing up :(

I just downloaded Tearless's marking pack, and they are not showing up. What am I doing wrong?
Here is what I placed them in

(C:)>FeralHeart>textures

I see them in there but when I go to the game they are not there what's wrong?
