Game Help / Banned but i didnt do anything! help please?

Oks I think this is in the right place, if not feel free to move it to the correct place.

Oks first I would like to point out that I have not done anything wrong I haven't broke any rules or given any reason why to be banned!

But obviously something has gone wrong, I haven't even been on FH in a good few months cause ive been busy irl with my own stuff.
So I thought I would go on FH for a bit just to pass a little time and as I go to log in this appears every time



I don't know what to do or what ive even done wrong! I haven't done anything I haven't even been on the game for a good few months
So please don't ignore this and can you help me because im innocent and should not be banned in the first place so please can you fix this cause this isn't fair! Thank you.

Heyy feral hearts
I think this is in the right place
Anyways i would very much like if some kind person would draw my character and me and my cousin to
Ive asked a few people but they have either said no or just not replied
So this is my last option then i give up
So can some kind people out there do this one favor for me ive been patient

Oks so the first character id like you to draw is Emily

She looks like this






Before uou start drawing her though i have a few add ons
Oks on her face i was to keep the hearts down her muzzle but the rest of the designs like under her eyes i want something better and different and maybe her ears like this



Also on her body some cool designs on her as well as her legs and she has a chain around her neck like this
Not the red vial necklace thought just the chain



And keep her tail

Also the second thing i want to be done is Emily and her cousin Lily together cause Lily looks after Emily like a baby sister so i want a picture to show that please
Lily looks like this







She looks a lot like Lilly from Alpha and Omega but shes got my own little differnt things to make her different so ive not completely copied off her and i dont always have to be her ive got my own little story for her
Also can add a few little designs to her face maybe and her body but not her tail leave her tail try to make it so she looks a little like Emilys designs and maybe they have there own little family design only them two have like a family chrest please

Oks this is really confusing me now i tried clicking of the link you give me and triedgoing through the things to get the map cause i really wanna go on this map and ive downloaded two different things the iLivid downloader and the DownTango and still and when i click on the link again it just doesnt show any signs of a map link.... help.. please... ??

Oks Thank you everyone i did give up on this for a while but some of my friends were asking where i were so i thought id see if anyone posted on here and thank you you have and yep ive finally sorted it out
The problem was that my feral hearts folder was in Program files (x86) so when i read make sure your folder is in c drive i tried moving the folder in that next to the program files and it worked so thank you everyone :)
This Topic can be locked now i have everything sorted ^-^

Oks well now ive soted out the failed attepmt to get into the game
Turns out it was just the game was full

Oks Heys Feral Hearts
Oks i hope this is in the right place sorry if not
Anyways for my question
I just had to recently wipe my computer cause it was broke but all good now
so as you may guess since i had to wipe my computer i have to redownload Feral Hearts
However when i did so and opened it up all i got was this

that didnt happen with my other game of Feral Hearts, before i wiped my computer it only happened to the Feral Hearts + as i remember, anyways
then after i clicked start and it just stayed on the loading screen for ages! then comes up with this

or it says bad token
so any help is it anything to worry about or just the game being full
its not the failed attemt to connect to game and bad token that worries me ive had that loads of times before its just the black screen that worries me
so any advice anyone??
