Game Help / I can't create new charas..?
« on: June 26, 2011, 05:03:34 pm »When I go to create a new character, the whole game crashes. That's as specific as I can get. There's no ogre exception or anything like that, just... "FeralHeart.exe has stopped working.. wait for windows to look for a solution or close.." blah blah.. I've already tried re-installing, re-starting my pc, possibly everything you can think of. I never touched the files in the folders, it just wouldn't let me create a character one day.
Help...? :X
(btw sorry if theres already a thread like this, I wasn't gonna bother searching through over 90 pages of threads with no search option.)

(Sorry if this gets off topic,)
Not everybody has the money to buy a graphics card to resolve the lag issue. Some people struggle just to have dinner (Like myself)
Now, when they can't afford a graphics card, how do you expect them to even play once in the game? This game, so far seems as if it's screaming: "HAVE A NEW COMPUTER, GET TO PLAY. HAVE AN OLD CRAPPY COMPUTER, WELL THAT SUCKS FOR YOU." And that's just not fair. More people, than you know, have old computers that lag far worse than some of us (with good computers) can't even IMAGINE. Dims might be their only option to actually PLAY the game. I realize that if we ever get hackers in the game, that it'll be hard to find them, but 5 dimensions, no, 3 dimensions would not hurt! Have atleast one mod in each dimension, create shifts, whatever you want to do, but having 200-500 people in the starter map, with no dimensions, that's practically insane in my view.
Voting "yes" for dimensions.

Plus, we can always look back to see what happened in past posts, that way we don't have to fill everyone in, if we role-played in game.

@IceheartWarrior There shouldn't be anything missing in the download. We put everything in with the mediafire download.

@ Claire No. When we do we'll post it under News.. We're still getting everyone's time zones together and everything, and right now Button is busy with RL stuff, so it will take a bit longer than normal. Sorry..
