Game Help / I did nothing and I was banned !!!

Guys, first of all, sorry for my english. I am brazilian. Second of all, this evening I was going to enter in FH, and said that I was banned for 16 days and something :'( But I did nothing !!! Can someone help me ? I really like playing FH. Thanks.
