Game Help / Why am I always band?

I haven't been on feralheart for a very long time, like months ago. It always says I'm band. It now says I'm band for 14 days and 2 hours and 35 mins. Why is it doing this, please help?? 
I do have another accountm it says the same thing when i try log in. Is it because I do have 2 accounts? how can I change this?

I'm forever crashing.. it just goes off.. then I come back on and I float.. and I return and a error message comes up and after I go on and off for quite a few times >.< it will work for a while then crashes again.. I can't take it anymore.. please.. how can I fix this..?
