[Welp. I'm gonna run along. I don't really see a place where Thanatos would fit in any longer. Thanks for letting me rp with y'all. Wish I could have interacted a bit more.]

2
The stallion's eyelids drooped as the heat of the sun took hold of him. He swayed slightly where he stood, his head lowered to the height of his chest. Grass suddenly didn't seem so appealing, so he turned himself slowly around, and started toward the building where there emerged far better smells. Nothing he recognized, though. He lowered his muzzle to the ground, where he sniffed around for a moment until he picked a broken piece of carrot off the dirt.

3
The stallion, for once, wasn't sure what to do. He continued to graze where he stood for a minute or two, and then wandered on down into the pasture. He could sense that he didn't really belong there, but he didn't care too much about it. There was another mare a ways off, and also the horse he had met before. Thanatos wasn't quite sure of him, though. He was too friendly with these humans.

4
Thanatos paused. Further ahead were the humans; the same ones he had seen before. Or at the least he thought so. He was careful to keep his distance, yet he had courage enough to wander closer than he had been before. The grass was less green than he remembered, yet he grazed just the same. Cautiously, of course.

5
The stallion slowed himself even more, peering ahead at a familiar sight before him. Though it was hard to tell exactly what it was through the flickering haze, he could tell it was square. It was where he had been six months earlier, where the humans lived. Or at least one of them. Thanatos flicked his ears forward as he pushed himself to a canter. He wasn't sure why exactly he decided to return. There was just an aura of curiosity surrounding it. The building became larger and larger, but he was careful to keep enough distance, should he spot a human.

[Alright then.]

The gray stallion trotted onward, having no particular destination. He was been wandering for quite a while on his own; how long it was, he hadn't a clue. He had encountered a few humans in the past months, some of which had taken little interest in him, which was fine. Being alone was safe, but.. lonely. He exhaled a deep breath, turned his head toward the horizon, and slowed to a walk.

7
Thanatos's hooves moved beneath him in a rush, accelerating with each step. He nodded his head in the wind as it whipped his silvery mane in waves of hair behind. It was the most free of all feelings, racing over the plains at his own leisure. The stallion tossed his nose in the sky, letting out a shrill bray.

8
Thanatos let out a series of snorts, pacing the ground where the horse had just left. It was absolutely absurd, the way the human could just sit on the beast. And especially the way the horse didn't even seem to mind! The stallion stamped his hooves on the ground in anger. Then he reared his front feet high in the air, neighed a wild bray, and stormed in the opposite direction in a flurry of dust.

9
Thanatos stayed rooted where he was, watching in silent disbelief as the human climbed on the stallion's back. He shook his head, an odd expression crossing his features. What horse could stoop to such a level?

10
Thanatos turned his attention back to the dark stallion who was galloping off toward the humans. 'Strange days these are,' he thought with a deep huff. The humans appeared not to notice him, which was probably for the better. There was no telling what they would do.
