Game Help / Help! I can't turn anymore!

I can't turn anymore when I run! I use the arrow-keys on my key-board, and I won't go in the direction I want to go! I have to use my mouse now to click on the current places I want to go. I tryed everything, even with the help of my friends. This problem is with all my characters, I don't know what I did wrong or pressed. Please help! D:
