I understand. I have made three attempts in that time, once each after two weeks has elapsed from the former. I am in no way criticizing the staff for lack of response, as I understand the impact workload can have on select individual queries, and that online venues introduce complications that can result in the loss of correspondences, or their failed delivery. This is simply an alternative attempt at making contact. Thank you again for providing advice.

Greetings. In accordance with forum policy, I am not allowed to publicly discuss the topic I need addressed. As directed, I have contacted several staff members via PM seeking redress, and have received no response. It is possible that I am unlucky, and have only selected inactive staff members. Rather than elevate my queries to the level of spam, by targeting a large number of moderators, I would instead ask that an active member of the staff PM me at their earliest convenience.
