No, no I don't think you were to harsh. I also dislike Mate Beggars, Though I do understand what Spottedbears is saying about most of them being children, so we should also take the into perspective.

But this is why I hate mate beggars.

I once got some mate beggar come to me when I was just cruising with some mates minding my own business and he went on like this.
"please be my mate, I love you, I can't live without you! You are so beautiful, I need you! I don't want to live without you" blah, blah blah, and no matter what excuse I tried to give him he would just reply with stuff like "Oh no I can wait, I can handle that cause I love you! I don't mind if you don't get on very much" blah, blah, blah. His spelling and grammar were also terrible to the point where I couldn't hardly understand him either.
This went on to the point where everyone else in the area just told him to sod off and leave me alone, and even then he wouldn't give up! This whole thing went on for like a whole 15 minutes or more.
And I have had a few other strange mate begging experiences as well.
(Needed to rant about that)

So yea, also what you stated with the clogging up the chat, and randomly whispering you or randomly trying to sent you a friend request.
I mean it's all fine asking someone nicely like once and accepting it if they reject you, but begging for mates is just out right annoying, especially when they persist like that guy.

It is a good idea for you to join the sight simply because once we tart getting more people we will need ways to keep taps on everyone, it's not a must but it is one of the better things to do for his Rp o make things easier on us on making sure everyone is there and doing alright

The only thing I am really just concerned about is finding my friends again, though I am sure I will be able to
But I won't give up tying to get my account fixed either

So um I tried to remove a friend from my fiend list just because I don't talk to them anymore and as soon as I did the game Crashed.
I have tried twice to uninstall and re-install, delete almost everything to do with Feral heart on my PC and even save it to a new location then deleted the character it crashed on but when I try to log back in to any character even a new one, it will just crash again so I have come to an conclusion that it is my account not the game since my friend can log into her Characters on PC just fine.
I still have no problems logging into my account, it is just getting onto my characters and into the game, even on a character that resides within a custom map will crash.

I have been having problems with my friend list for a while, scrolling down would cause the game to crash so I left it, but it has never done this before and I have no idea on what I could possibly do.

A bit of advice or help will be greatly appreciated. Just hope this is fixable so I can get back to my friends.
